Option 1 Flexible Cancellation:
• You may cancel your reservation up to 72 hours before the scheduled start of the activity at no charge.
• Cancellations made fewer than 72 hours before the activity are considered last-minute and will incur the full fee.
* Instructors or guides may cancel an activity if circumstances beyond their control—such as unsafe weather or unforeseen obstacles—make it impossible or hazardous to proceed. In such cases, no charges will apply.
* If adverse weather or other impediments prevent the activity, we will offer an alternative date. Should you be unable to attend the rescheduled date, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid.
Option 2 Flexible Cancellation:
• Cancellations submitted four days (96 hours) or more before the activity start date qualify for a full refund.
• Cancellations between 48 and 96 hours before the start date qualify for a 50 % refund.
• Cancellations fewer than 48 hours before the start date are deemed last-minute and are non-refundable.
* Instructors or guides may cancel an activity only when circumstances beyond their control—such as force majeure or severe weather—render it impossible or unsafe. In these cases, you will receive a full refund.
* If weather conditions or other impediments prevent the activity, we will propose a new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you will be entitled to a full refund of any fees previously charged.
